Newport Auctions is committed to the highest standards of health and safety. As such we respectfully ask all of our customers to abide by the following rules:
- We do not allow under 16s to attend without the direct supervision of an adult;
- We enforce a maximum speed of 5mph everywhere on the Newport Auctions premises;
- We ask all customers to be aware of any moving vehicles while on site, and to remain in the grey floor area while the auction is under way;
- Hazard lights must be used when moving a vehicle on our premises;
- We do not allow dogs on site;
- If you hear the fire alarm, please make your way out of the main gates without stopping to collect personal belongings, and please do not return until a senior member of Newport Auctions staff says it is safe to do so;
- We only allow Newport Auctions staff to lift bonnets or start engines. If you need to check, they will be glad to help;
- Smoking is only allowed in the allocated bay on the right hand side of the marquee.
